Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy explains what data Affinity Code collects on this website (affinitycode.com.br), why, and what your rights are under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
Who is the controller
The data controller is Affinity Code. For any matter about your personal data, use the contact form on the home page, in the services section.
What data we collect
Contact form: full name, WhatsApp, e-mail, company or who is asking, preferred contact method, selected service and the message you write. We only collect what you type.
Usage measurement (only with your consent): browsing data collected by Google Tag Manager, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and cookie identifiers.
Aggregated measurement (Vercel Analytics): access statistics that use no cookies and do not identify you.
What we use it for
Replying to your message and preparing proposals (legal basis: preliminary procedures related to a contract, and legitimate interest).
Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it (legal basis: consent, for measurement cookies).
Cookies
We only store your cookie choice in the browser’s local storage (key affinity-cookie-consent). Google Tag Manager cookies are only loaded if you click "Accept".
To change your choice, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
Brevo (transactional e-mail): receives the contact form data to deliver it to our team.
Google (Tag Manager): receives browsing data if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your data. These providers may process it outside Brazil under appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, and is then deleted. Measurement data follows the retention period configured in the tool.
Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (art. 18 of the LGPD). Send your request through the contact form and we will reply within a reasonable time.
You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is always at the top of the page.
